Al‐Masaa Real Estate Portfolio is a closed end investment portfolio set up in accordance with Islamic Shariah law for financing investments in real estate projects in the central area of Makkah Al Mukarramah through the Musharaka and Mudaraba model.


ii. Al Tayseer Real Estate Portfolio.

Al-Tayseer Real Estate Portfolio is a closed end investment Portfolio set up in accordance with Islamic shariah law for financing the development of a real estate project in Al Tayseer area neighbouring the central area of Makkah to provide four star accommodations for pilgrims.


iii. Al Masaa Real Estate Portfolio # 2

The Al-Massa Makkah Portfolio # 2 (AMMF) is a closed investment instrument that is Shariah compliant for financing investments in real estate in the central area of Makkah through financing model based on musharaka and mudaraba.

The offerings under our money market investment portfolios include: 

i. RUSD Money Market Portfolio

As a Shahriah-compliant low risk portfolio, the RUSD Money Market Portfolio (RMMP) is an investment mix of short to medium term Murabaha deals, Islamic Sukuk, leasing certificates and other commercial papers, direct short to medium-term direct financing, and trade / commodity finance. The primary objective of the portfolio is to offer competitive returns to the client with minimum risks. 

ii. RUSD Leasing Portfolio. 

The RUSD Leasing Portfolio covers an open-ended Fund established by RUSD Investment Bank Inc. in adherence with the Shariah laws. The Fund invests against the financial leases written by leading leasing companies in the Middle East. The Fund’s investment is secured by way of assignment of selective leased assets of the company with a margin of 20 per cent.
