Dr. Saleh Jameel Malaikah chairs the board of Rusd International Holding Group, a Kingdom of Saudi Arabia headquartered conglomerate. Dr. Malaikah obtained his Ph.D. specializing in Finance & Investments, after graduating with a B.Sc. {Eng.} and an MBA degree. Recognized as a well-known contributor towards Islamic Finance and an esteemed businessman, he held positions on the boards of several listed and private companies across the globe and has served as an advisor to various regulatory bodies and government linked entities over the years.

Naseeruddin Ahmad Khan comes as a Certified Management Accountant and a Member of the Society of Management Accountants, Canada, and armed with an MBA.

Ex-CEO of Rusd Investment Bank, with four-decades of working experience in various international organizations and more than 30 years in dealing with the Middle Eastern financial markets, Naseeruddin Ahmad Khan has an influential role in the development of modern day Islamic Banking and Finance.

During his career, he has had the unique opportunity to not only witness, but play a major role in the development of modern day Islamic Banking and Finance. For the last 25 years, he served in senior managerial positions with leasing Islamic financial conglomerates in the Middle East.

Mr. Faisal Malaikah is an Islamic Finance Professional, with rich and diversified experience over various spectrum of investment banking arena including advisory, private equity and fund management. He has been instrumental in setting up and managing funds & Shariyah-compliant Islamic products at some of the esteemed organisations in Saudi Arabia with a book of tens of several millions of US dollars.

Mr. Faisal brings a productive and successful track record to the table, of not only managing and setting up financial Investment products, but also served at the Board and its executive committee levels with various financial institutions in Saudi Arabia. As an passionate and innovative professional, he has worked on valuable research and has structured many Islamic investment banking products.

Besides sitting on the boards of various institutions in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East, Mr. Faisal is an active contributory in numerous international seminars and conferences in the Islamic Financial Services Industry.

Rizwan Razzak is the Chief Executive Officer of Rusd Capital Limited. He carries 18 years of investment banking and asset management experience with the finest institutions in the far east and Middle East. Rizwan joined the Rusd Group in its budding stage and had the opportunity to prove himself under various teams. He has a professional track record with proven career progression that led him to excel in his career as a corporate leader.

Prior to Rusd, Rizwan worked with some of the top asset managers in Pakistan. Rizwan has been instrumental in structuring several shariah compliant debt and equity collective investment schemes for Rusd Group. Over the past 15 years, he has managed shariah compliant money market and securitised asset transactions for clients and Rusd’s prop books across global investment channels.

Rizwan played active roles in various corporate advisory, syndication and structuring assignments for the GCC and international clients, with value added experience in international real estate transactions in the US and European commercial and logistics sectors. He is also skilled in providing wealth management and succession planning structures to HNWIs, and looks after Rusd Investment Bank, the far east investment banking arm of Rusd Group, with a seat on the board of both Rusd Capital and Rusd Investment Bank.
